The rules of this silent auction are straightforward and designed to guarantee fairness and smooth operation. Here’s a general outline for this silent auction:

1. Bidding Process

• Bidder Numbers: Each bidder’s bid will be logged against their IP address. This allows restricts bots or spam clogging up the bidding list.
• Silent Entry: Bidders will get a confirmation of their bid on the screen after the form is submitted. We suggest taking a screenshot of this.

2. Minimum and Incremental Bids

• Each item has a lowest starting bid to avoid undervaluing it. This is displayed under each of the images above.
• This auction has no minimum increment.

3. Closing Time

• The auction closes on the 31st December 2024 at Midnight.
• Bids can’t be made after the auction is declared closed. Any bids submitted after the closing time are invalid.

4. Winning the Item

• The highest bid on our system at closing time wins the item.
• The winner is usually announced or notified privately using their email address.

5. Payment

• Winners must pay the amount they bid within a week of the auction closing.
• Accepted payment options (e.g., cash, bank transfer) are clarified beforehand.

6. Item Pickup

• After payment, the winner can collect their item.
• If the winner doesn’t claim or pay for their item, the auction organiser can offer the item to the next highest bidder.

7. Dispute Resolution
